Some BlackBerry models have Bluetooth connectivity issues that may be resolved by trying the following:

Turn your BlackBerry OFF.
Remove the battery.
Replace the battery and turn your BlackBerry back on.

This process refreshes your phone’s memory and Bluetooth channel and may resolve connectivity issues.

If the problem persists please check if there is an update for your BlackBerry’s software. You can do so by going to your carrier/service provider’s BlackBerry support website.

You can also determine whether this issue is caused by your BlackBerry or your Rich & Mich device by testing your Rich & Mich device with another phone model to see if you can replicate the problem.
